The biology, not the blame

Sound familiar?

GLP-1s aren't about willpower, they work on the biology that makes food loud. If any of this rings true, a 5-minute intake tells you whether a program fits.

  • Food noise running in the background of every meeting
  • The same 15 pounds, on and off, for a decade
  • Hunger that ignores how well you ate an hour ago
  • Weight that changed how you move through the world
  • You want a plan with an exit ramp, not a forever diet
One price, everything in it

What to expect

How it goes

Clear, provider-led, and paced to your body.

  1. 1
    DAY 0

    Five-minute intake

Your health history, goals and preferences. A licensed provider reviews it, typically within 24 hours.

  2. 2
    DAY 1–3

    Provider decision

If a GLP-1 program is appropriate for you, your provider builds your plan and starting dose. If it isn't, they'll tell you straight, no prescription is guaranteed, and we like it that way.

  3. 3
    WEEK 1

    Delivery + Day One

Cold-chain, discreet, complete. Your concierge walks you through your first dose and sets your check-in rhythm.

  4. 4
    WEEKS 1–4

    The quiet

Appetite softens; food noise turns down. You eat because it's lunch, not because it's loud.

  5. 5
    MONTH 2–3

    Tune & settle

Your provider adjusts dosing to your response and your goals, including holding at lower doses if that's your plan. Muscle-preserving habits are part of the program, not an afterthought.

“The concierge thing sounds like marketing until you have one. Mine caught that my refill would land while I was in Berlin and shipped it early without me asking. That's the whole difference.”

“First place I didn't have to explain PrEP to my own doctor. The consult felt like talking to someone who actually got it. Labs, video, done, and my questions were normal to them.”

“I wanted the number before anyone sold me anything. Ordered The T Panel, got it explained in plain English, and started a program two weeks later with my eyes open. No pressure the whole way.”

Good questions

You asked. We answered.

Is compounded semaglutide the same as Ozempic or Wegovy?

No — and we won't pretend otherwise. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for you specifically, based on your prescription. They are not FDA-approved, are not reviewed by the FDA before marketing, and are not generic or equivalent versions of any branded product. Your provider will discuss whether a compounded option, a branded product, or a different approach makes the most sense for you.

Important safety information

The honest part. Read it.

GLP-1 medications may cause serious side effects, including possible thyroid C-cell tumors. Do not use if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or MEN 2. Other possible effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pancreatitis and gallbladder problems. This is not a complete list.

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy pursuant to a prescription, are not FDA-approved, and are not equivalent to any branded product. Prescribed only when appropriate as part of a programme with diet and activity changes.
