Serious medicine. Softer landing.
From your first question to your first refill, here’s exactly how care at Cabana goes, clinician-led, honestly paced, and run by a human who has your back the whole way.
One five-minute intake. A provider licensed in your state. One honest price with the concierge included.
Four moves, and you’re looked after.
The long version is below. The short version is this: you talk, we listen, a provider decides with you, and a real person handles the rest.
Tell us the truth
A five-minute intake, no waiting room. Your history, your goals, and what “better” actually feels like for you.
Real clinicians
Licensed providers who read your whole story, with labs and a video visit where the medicine calls for them.
A plan that fits
If treatment is right for you, it’s prescribed and explained. If it isn’t, we tell you that too.
Handled from here
Your concierge runs the refills, the timing, the check-ins. You get to just keep living your life.
Here’s exactly how it goes.
No mystery, no surprise steps. Every programme follows this shape, the medicine just decides how many stops you make along the way.
- 1Step 01 · five minutes
Start with a conversation
A short intake on your phone, whenever suits you. Tell us your history, your medications, and what you’re actually here for. No forms built to make you feel like a case number.
- 2Step 02 · if your plan needs it
Labs, when the medicine calls for them
Some programmes begin with bloodwork, an at-home kit or a lab near you, physician-ordered and processed at CLIA-certified labs. Testosterone always starts here. Energy and weight often don’t.
- 3Step 03 · a licensed provider
Meet your provider
A clinician licensed in your state reads everything you’ve shared. Where the medicine requires it, you meet face to face on a real-time video visit. They’re LGBTQ-fluent by default, you never have to explain yourself twice.
- 4Step 04 · only if it fits
Your plan, written for you
If treatment is appropriate, your provider prescribes it and walks you through exactly how it works. If something else would serve you better, they’ll say so. No prescription is guaranteed, that’s the honest part, and the safe one.
- 5Step 05 · discreet, on time
Your pharmacy ships
Your medication arrives from a licensed pharmacy, cold-chain where it matters, unmarked at the door, timed so you’re never caught short. It’s all in one price. Nothing waits to ambush you at checkout.
- 6Ongoing · the whole way
Your concierge takes it from here
One dedicated human keeps the whole thing running, refills before you run out, visits booked and moved, retests scheduled, questions answered like a person. Care that feels looked-after, not managed.
Testosterone takes one more step. On purpose.
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled medication, so the path is a little more deliberate, by law, and by good sense. Here’s what that looks like.
- 01
Labs first, always.
We want two clear readings, not one rough morning. Your baseline sets the entire plan before anyone talks about a prescription.
- 02
A real-time video visit.
Federal rules require a live video consultation with your provider before testosterone can be prescribed, not a questionnaire, not audio-only. You meet the person behind your care.
- 03
A prescription only if it’s right for you.
Testosterone isn’t approved for aging alone, and no prescription is guaranteed. Your provider decides it with you, from your numbers, not from a hunch.
- 04
Quarterly retests.
Testosterone, hematocrit, estradiol and PSA, every ninety days, so your dose stays tuned and your body stays monitored, not guessed at.
Your concierge doesn’t clock out.
The path above isn’t something you walk alone. From step one to your hundredth refill, one dedicated human runs the logistics so care feels like being looked after, not like another subscription to manage.
Meet your concierge →- 01Times every refill so you never run out, even mid-trip.
- 02Books and moves your provider visits and retests.
- 03Coaches your first dose, on video if you like.
- 04Handles the snags before they ever reach you.
What we can, and can’t, promise.
Completing an intake starts a real medical evaluation, not a guaranteed prescription. A licensed provider decides what’s appropriate for you, and sometimes the right answer is “not this,” or “not yet.”
What’s available depends on where you live. Telehealth and certain medications are governed by the laws of your state, so not every programme is offered everywhere. Your concierge will tell you plainly what’s open to you.
It starts with a conversation.
Five minutes, on your phone, no pressure. Meet a provider who listens and a concierge who handles the rest.
