How you'd know
Testosterone declines gradually, about 1% a year from your thirties on, faster for some. None of these mean your levels are low. Together, they mean it's worth a $99 blood test to stop wondering.
- Energy that files out early, 3pm feels like midnight
- Gym numbers stalled no matter how consistent you are
- A libido that's gone quiet on you
- Sleep that doesn't actually restore
- Recovery that takes longer than the workout
- A flatness of mood or drive you can't name
Three ways to raise it.
Every route is doctor-chosen with you, not for you. Here’s the honest tradeoff of each.

Your first 90 days
Testosterone is a considered decision, so we make the path clear. Here’s exactly how it goes.
- 1DAY 0
Labs first. Always.
Complete a 5-minute intake and get your T Panel, an at-home kit or a quick draw at a partner lab near you. Two morning readings confirm where you actually stand. No guessing, no vibes-based medicine.
- 2DAY 3–5
Video consult
A licensed provider reviews your labs and history with you face-to-face on video, required by federal rules for testosterone, and honestly how it should be. Together you choose a protocol, or decide it's not your moment. No prescription is ever guaranteed; that's what makes the ones we write mean something.
- 3WEEK 1
Your protocol arrives
Shipped cold-chain, discreetly, with everything you need. Your concierge introduces themselves, one human, dedicated to you, who handles refills, scheduling and questions from here on out.
- 4WEEK 4–6
The shift
In published studies of men treated for low testosterone, changes in libido, energy and mood typically emerge over the first 3–6 weeks and build from there. Your concierge checks in; your provider is a message away.
- 5DAY 90
Retest & tune
Quarterly labs, included. Your provider tunes dose to your numbers and how you feel, both matter. This is a practice, not a purchase.
Grounded in evidence.

One number is a mood. Two are a diagnosis.
Every testosterone programme starts with labs, it’s the standard of care and the law. Start there: The T Panel is $99, credited toward your first month.

Real people, real support.
“The concierge thing sounds like marketing until you have one. Mine caught that my refill would land while I was in Berlin and shipped it early without me asking. That's the whole difference.”
“First place I didn't have to explain PrEP to my own doctor. The consult felt like talking to someone who actually got it. Labs, video, done, and my questions were normal to them.”
“I wanted the number before anyone sold me anything. Ordered The T Panel, got it explained in plain English, and started a program two weeks later with my eyes open. No pressure the whole way.”

You asked. We answered.
How fast will I feel it?
It varies by person and protocol, and nobody honest gives you a date. In published studies of men treated for low testosterone, changes in libido and mood often begin in the first 3–6 weeks, with energy, workout recovery and body composition building over the following months. Your concierge checks in along the way, and your day-90 labs tell the real story.
Why do I need labs before a testosterone prescription?
Because one testosterone reading is a mood and two are a diagnosis. Clinical guidelines — and responsible medicine — call for two morning readings confirming low testosterone before treatment, plus safety markers like hematocrit and PSA. It's also what keeps the whole thing legitimate and safe. So every Cabana testosterone program starts with a blood panel. No labs, no prescription; that's a feature, not a hurdle.
Enclomiphene or injections — which is right for me?
The short version: enclomiphene raises your own testosterone and preserves natural production and fertility, with no needles — great if kids are a maybe or you want start-stop flexibility. Injectable (or topical) testosterone replaces it directly, which is the most proven and precisely tunable route, but it quiets your own production while you're on it. There's no universal right answer — it depends on your labs, your goals and your body, which is what your video consult is for. Your provider will make a real recommendation, not a sales pitch.
Do I have to do this forever?
That's your call, made with your provider. Enclomiphene works with your own hormone system and is generally easier to pause and resume. Traditional testosterone replacement quiets your own production while you're on it, so stopping means a transition your provider will walk you through. There's no lock-in with Cabana — cancel anytime — but we'll always be honest about what starting and stopping actually involve.
Do I really need a video visit for testosterone?
Yes — and it's the law, not a Cabana quirk. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, and federal telemedicine rules require a real-time video visit with a licensed provider before it can be prescribed (audio-only doesn't count). Honestly, it's how it should be: a face-to-face conversation about your labs, your history and your goals before anyone writes a prescription.
Is testosterone therapy safe?
When it's properly prescribed and monitored, testosterone therapy has decades of clinical use. That last part matters: safety comes from the labs. Your Cabana provider checks your red-blood-cell count (hematocrit), estradiol and prostate markers before you start and every quarter after, and tunes your dose to keep you in a healthy range — never to extremes. It isn't right for everyone, and your provider screens for the conditions where it isn't appropriate.
Does TRT play nice with PrEP?
For most people, yes — testosterone therapy and PrEP (whether daily oral or injectable) work through completely different systems and aren't known to interact. But this is exactly the kind of thing your Cabana provider wants on the table. We built this brand for our community, which means your provider expects questions about PrEP, ART, and sexual health, and won't blink at any of them. Share your full medication list and history at your consult; your provider reviews everything and keeps monitoring it in your quarterly labs.
The honest part. Read it.
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, prescribed only after lab testing and a real-time video visit, and only if a licensed provider determines it is appropriate. It is not approved for low testosterone due to aging alone.
Testosterone may raise blood pressure and red-blood-cell count and can affect fertility and prostate health, which is what your quarterly labs monitor. Tell your provider your full medical history.
