What actually is Cabana?
Cabana is a lifestyle medicine membership. We connect you with licensed providers for testosterone, weight, energy and lab programs, ship your treatment to your door, and give you a dedicated human concierge to run the whole thing. Think less waiting room, more members' club — serious medicine, delivered like hospitality.
What does the concierge actually do?
A real person, dedicated to you — not a chatbot and not a rotating queue. Your concierge coordinates your shipments so you never run out, books and reschedules your provider visits, coaches your first injection on video if you want, chases down anything that's stuck, and answers the small questions that usually go unasked. They know your name and your plan. It's the difference between having a subscription and being taken care of.
Where is Cabana available?
Our provider network is licensed across all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. That said, specific treatments — especially controlled ones like testosterone — can vary by state based on local rules. We confirm exactly what's available to you during intake, based on where you're located.
Is Cabana really built for gay men, or is that just marketing?
It's the reason we exist. Two of our founders are a married gay couple, as is our clinical advisor — we built the brand we wanted and couldn't find. In practice that means providers who are fluent in our health (PrEP, sexual health, the works), sexual-benefit conversations that aren't awkwardly hetero-coded, and a brand that celebrates you instead of tolerating you. Everyone's welcome at the pool. But this one was designed with us in mind.
What's included in the monthly price?
Everything the program needs: your provider care and visits, your medication, your concierge, and cold-chain shipping. Testosterone programs also include your quarterly labs. No membership fee stacked on top of medication costs, no surprise charges at checkout. One price, clearly stated before you ever pay. Cancel anytime.
Do you take insurance? What about HSA/FSA?
Cabana is a cash-pay membership, which is what lets us keep pricing transparent and skip the insurance runaround. Many members use HSA/FSA funds for eligible medical expenses — we provide itemized receipts. We don't bill insurance directly.
